Standard order processing time is 5-7 business days. Most orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days after orders have been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $4.80 flat rate shipping to the US.
USPS is our preferred carrier however we will default to DHL or FedEx if the need arises.

While we will do all, we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Sacred Originals cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Sacred Originals cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.
Refunds, Returns and exchanges
All products are made to order. We cannot accept returns, refunds and exchanges.
In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products. Please contact customer service at support@sacredoriginals.com within 7 days of delivery.
We only accept returns If you have received a damaged product or we accidentally send you the wrong product.
Please e-mail us at support@sacredoriginals.com quoting “damaged product” or “wrong product” followed by your name, details of the product received, a picture showing the damage and upon inspection, we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. We will send you a brand-new product at no cost to you.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges for wrong color, design, size or if you simply don’t like the product. All apparel is custom made to order based on your specific color choices, so returns due to sizing, design and color are not accepted.
Please be sure to double check the size chart and ask us about any color questions. Photographs are edited and colors can appear differently on monitors than they do in person.
We do not accept refunds for printables and digital products. All sales are final. Before making a purchase, please carefully read the product details to ensure compatibility.
